British Wagyu Beef Burgers
Serves 4
Ingredients
  • 2 x Packs British Wagyu Beef Burgers
  • 4 tbsp Burger Sauce
  • 4 tbsp Burger Relish
  • 2 x Large Tomatoes
  • Lettuce of your choice
  • 16 Slices of Gherkin
  • 1 x Red Onion
  • 4 x Burger Buns
  • Cheese of Your Choice
Method
  1. First prepare your burger topping ingredients by slicing the tomatoes, discarding the first and last slice; 2 large tomatoes should give you 8 slices to use 2 per burger. Peel the red onion before slicing thinly.
  2. Next, prepare your lettuce, by first washing well. This can then be shredded nice and fine, or depending on the lettuce, you could use whole leaves such as baby gem.
  3. Shallow fry the burgers for 16-18 minutes, then add an optional slice of your favourite cheese to slightly melt with the residual heat.
  4. Remove burgers from the pan and toast your burger buns slightly in the same pan used to cook the burgers.
  5. Once the burger buns are toasted to your liking, place a tbsp of burger sauce on the base and a tbsp of burger relish on the lid.
  6. Build the burger to your liking with the prepared ingredients, finishing with the gherkins on top.
  7. Serve with your favourite burger accompaniments such as fries and onion rings.
